The week leading up to the go-live date for service at the CRIS facility was an eventful one! On that Monday, two semis from the New Jersey facility arrived to deliver tools, equipment, storage, and repairs to be inventoried and organized. The backlog of repairs had to be individually keyed into the system which was no small feat considering there were nearly 400 open work orders. Yikes, we know! While all of this was in process, business had to carry on as usual but there was nothing usual about business this week! What, you ask, does this transition look like?
